Commercial Grazing
A different approach to vegetation management.
GrazeScape works with commercial, industrial, solar, and utility property managers who need another practical tool for maintaining vegetation.
Serving Wayne County & surrounding East-Central Indiana communities.

Vegetation Management Without Another Mower
For appropriate commercial properties, managed grazing may provide another tool for maintaining difficult, overgrown, or underutilized areas.
- Retention ponds and basins
- Vacant acreage and land banks
- Solar installations
- Industrial land
- Slopes and embankments
- Difficult-access areas
Potential properties include:
- Commercial properties
- Industrial sites
- Vacant parcels
- Retention ponds
- Corporate campuses
- Solar installations
- Utility properties
- Development land
- Difficult-to-maintain areas
Pricing depends on acreage, vegetation, transportation, fencing requirements, access, project duration, and site conditions. Submit a property and we'll follow up with the details your organization needs.

A predictable, managed process

We Evaluate the Site
GrazeScape evaluates acreage, vegetation, terrain, access, water availability, fencing requirements, livestock safety, and other site conditions.
The Flock Arrives
Farmer Brad transports the sheep and necessary portable grazing equipment to the property.
The Sheep Get to Work
The flock grazes designated areas and is rotated according to the property's grazing plan.
This is a managed grazing service — not sheep rental.
GrazeScape remains responsible for the management of the flock for the duration of a project. You are never asked to feed, water, move, or care for the sheep.
Not everything green belongs on the menu.
GrazeScape evaluates properties for vegetation that may be toxic or otherwise unsafe for livestock before grazing. If potentially hazardous plants or site conditions are present, the property may not qualify for grazing until those hazards are addressed.
